About Native Sun Design
Mike Magness, founder of Native Sun Design, brings more than 30 years of experience in residential design, construction, and remodeling. That hands-on background brings a practical understanding of not only how homes are designed, but how they are actually built and lived in.
Native Sun Design works with homeowners, owner-builders, and builders on projects ranging from efficient, budget-conscious homes to highly customized luxury residences. Whether the priority is making the most of every dollar or creating a one-of-a-kind home without compromise, the goal is the same: thoughtful design that works for the people who will live there and makes sense to build.
From custom homes and remodels to additions and spec projects, every design is approached with careful attention to function, character, constructability, and the details that make a home feel right.
